** A local walk **

Hello there - Today Sarah and I went to the wool shop ' R a I n B o W s ' in Ventnor to collect some wool - I needed two balls of parma violet stylecraft double knit to be able to get on and join some squares on my harmony blanket that has been hanging around for ages.

OOOooooohhhhh look at those lovely colours

Look what was growing by the roadside as we drove
DAFFODILS in January

We went to Ventnor and walked along the seafront and cliff path

All quiet in the harbour on this winter morning

A spot of graffiti on the wall!!

A dinosaur walk

Follow this path

At this point we turned and headed back as it started to rain

This is as much rain as we have had on the island, which is nothing compared to the rain those poor people and places up North have had and are still having and the dreadful flooding.  It's so awful for them and my thoughts go out to them.

Water cascading down the ornamental garden

This little chap having a bath in the water

Looking down on the Isle of Wight kids paddling pool

And then we chased R a I n B o W s ! ! !

Thanks for popping by
